Free Web Apps Plus Some Advice

You should check it out if you do any work on the web or just find one of the tools useful. They’re free, so why not, right?
I’ve been using Squareleaf for organizing ideas and campaign strategies, and also, even though its not mentioned in Smashin Magazines list I referenced above, I use Bubbl.us a lot for brainstorming.
If you get your ideas down like this, you can visually see what your working towards, and easily keep track of all things that need to happen to complete the task. This will increase your productivity 10 fold.
As my first real advice for the new year, and to make 2010 great for your business, there are4 words you should focus on to grow your business….
Organize, Automate, Outsource, and Expand
Organize your ideas and goals, Automate as much as of your business as possible, Outsource the remaining work to free up cash flow and increase productivity, giving you more time to Expand into new ventures and business opportunities.
Don’t underestimate the power of expanding. This is the difference between a mom and pop operation and and global corporation. The latter never stops expanding. You have to remember, all wells run dry eventually. You can never put all your eggs in one basket so to speak.
So be wise with your business and try not to get emotionally attached to money or a specific business. They won’t cry for you so don’t cry for them. Just keep your eye on the big picture and never be satisfied with where your business is, because it can always be better.
